50g Genuine Gum Arabica tears straight from the trees in Africa. Natural tree sap in 'crystalline' form in varied sizes and colours.
 
The most basic method is to dissolve 1 part gum to 3 parts water, however it is also worth looking at the many recipes available for extra additives such as honey, glycerine and preservatives.
